“This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...

“The property is nice and well located by the beach. The food in the restaurant was very good and not pricey. The staff very helpful. The only thing as a resort they should provide their guests with umbrella and beach chairs in place not the guest having to carry it. because is a long way to carry all that to the beach and it gets heavy I always stayed in resorts that have everything set right in the beach.”

“Sign in was quick and not very informative. Room cleaning was to be every other day and our room was only cleaned 2days out of 7. Outdoor staff was wonderful, attentive and remembered your names. Jen and Ashley really made the stay worth it. Pool area was good but by 4th day it needed to be cleaned. Beach was small but beautiful. We were told our last day that the hotel next door that had a roof restaurant were shared hotels and we could use that . That food was wonderful vs hotel dinning was...
