“Albergo a pochi passi dal mare, parcheggio multipiano di facile accesso, lobby al 5o piano. Molto pulito. Colazione sufficiente: plastica ovunque, tutto confezionato, nulla per intolleranti al lattosio.”

“This is my second time here and it is getting worse, you have to pay for the umbrela and the chair separately and they are 18 dollar each the pool is smaller and it was full, there was not easy to find a parking late at night.”

“Room was clean although older. Our room had an odor that we couldn't figure out. May just have been from the hurricane water damage. Pool was nice, but would have been better heated. Limited menu at Jimmy B's. Hope they expand that. All in all, I'd stay there again. Beach was nice, and chairs and umbrellas were great to have. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Place could use a little sprucing up, (beautiful fountain not working, fencing an eyesore) but considering the hurricane a few years...

“Long line and no staff at front desk upon arrival. Elevators were broken majority of time and are very old, decrepit and honestly kinda scary. Room was on 5th floor, literally right across hall from elevator. Heard elevator dinging and loud voices of guests at all hours. No water pressure (shower/sink). Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Pools are small and have no view of ocean and were heavily overcrowded. Positive notes: loved the coffee counter in the lobby and great location.”

However, the overall upkeep of the property could use improvement. The bed sheets had noticeable stains, and the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. “Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! “Our AC broke the second day we were there but the staff was very helpful and moved us quickly to a new room that had all the amenities we had previously. No downgrade. Pool was relaxing. Cleanliness could have been better. We did find dust and a few bugs (dead flys and a baby cockroach) but nothing CRAZY that we needed to leave for. Good location and not a bad walking distance from all the “touristy” activities.”

“Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. The proximity to the beach/pool were amazing! The included breakfast was a nice benefit and the workout room was great! The automatic $100 “incidentals” fee was a little off-putting, as was the beach chair fee (along with the chair policeman who requested a tip, after charging us.) For a nicer hotel, this felt wrong.
