“The room was clean and it has everything we needed for our stay. We ate most meals in and there was sufficient cookware and utensils and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The beach view was beautiful and the walk was easy and a short distance. Kendalll was an excellent host providing information as I needed it and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.”

“For the overall cost, even at an overnight stay, the room quality should match the cost spent. There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall.”

“this rental is very nice and conveniently close to Sea Pines and Colnigly Circle. A biking path was just across the street that took you wherever you wanted to walk or bike. The host was very Communicative. He Readily responded to questions. The unit was very close to the beach and had a walkway there. Do not count on this unit providing a beach view whatsoever. It overlooked the parking lot and you could see a slice of the beach if you looked closely. But call it a beach “view“ I would not....

No dishwasher Refrigerator freezer was super small Air conditioning was way nOISEY And inefficient Host was good Yet we had to live with no repairs or inspection We just expected more overall. We were also on our honeymoon. A let down for us for the price was high Note: my and I are airline pilots and travel a lot - So we know this could have been special, Yet it was not. So sorry”
