Spiaggia Playa Marlín: Tour e Visite Guidate

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Horrible horrible horrible do not waste your money there add $100-$200 more and stay in a better one. We were a group of 10 with 2 birthdays the only thing they provided were Individuals desserts and even after I offered to pay no decorations. Beds were terrible and so uncomfortable. Staff was very uncooperative and had no clue what they were doing. I have a special needs kids with dietary restrictions and couple people with special food needs that even refused to make a cheese pizza (heat a cheese pizza) horrible terrible awful food with no regards to cleanliness and freshness. Food is band and very repetitive even though we only stayed 3 days. NO ICECREAM. No fun drinks for kids. Juices were leftover blended fruit with water. Bread was always stale. No butter except in breakfast
