“Stayed overnight as close proximity to the GC Airport to catch an early flight which was approx 10mins easy walk. A nice welcome basket with lots of snacks - a very comfortable relaxing stay.”

“My second stay here Samantha at reception made sure my check in was so smooth and effective even moving me to a ground floor room which helped me so much as I’m a road trip to sort out my luggage in the car. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked so well on the TV and laptop. Bathroom was more spacious than the room itself and shower had excellent water pressure. A suggestion I love to make is put up some extra hooks on the walls always handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay.”

“The apartment was large and well set out with a kitchen full of essentials. The property does not have an ocean frontage or view, but we knew that. Most rooms look out over one or the other pool.”

“Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive.”

“Hotel has multiple restaurants and all of them are great! Multiple pools as well and generally just a wonderful place to stay in.”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“Just stayed for one night for a night out in Kirra. Yeah it's a little dated, but it's very clean, functional and rooms are big! A bargain for what you get. Easy couple of minute drive to Kirra. ”

“On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly. Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated.”
