“There is no cleaning service in the weekend”

“We enjoyed our time at the Embassy Suites in Saint Augustine! The room needs a bit of a refresher, but the overall stay was excellent. All employees were very helpful and friendly.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.”

“Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. It seemed nice in the dark. Everyone...

“Struttura rinnovata, senza l’odiosa moquette, in dotazione frigo, microonde e macchiana per il caffè. Tv e asciugacapelli. Diversi cambi biancheria da bagno + teli piscina. Colazione ordinaria. Abbiamo avuto bonus cocktail Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile . La posizione si trova servita dai mezzi turistici per i tour della parte vecchia della città che è raggiungibile, in auto, in pochi minuti così come le spiagge. Consiglio la struttura che è come da descrizione.”

“Hotel semplice ma pulito. Uno dei pochi hotel nel nostro lungo viaggio dove le camere non odoravano di muffa. Personale gentile. La piscina è la vasca idromassaggio semplici ma carine. Colazione un po’ scarsa. ”

“Our room did smell when we first checked in. I used room spray to help combat the smell. The front office thought it might have been the water the cleaner used to mop with. By the 2nd day the smell was better. The room is nice but I don’t like being on the 2nd floor and going up and down the stairs but apparently that is all they have available. The social hour in the evening is just okay, nothing exciting. And the breakfast is just okay too, nothing exciting. They do close the pool around 7pm...
