“The staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. “Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”

“I would not recommend staying at Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island.
I booked the property through Expedia for a multiple night stay. We flew in on a redeye and checked into the hotel. Being a non-smoking property, the first thing we noticed was a individual smoking outside our room pacing back and forth. You know the type that makes you feel uneasy. This went on for a good 30 minutes.

“First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. “I rent for two nights. My family and I noticed when walking down the hall the carpet looked like it had been vacuum in a few days. The toilet in the room we had the first night wasn't even bolted to the floor, when we pulled the fitted sheets back to check wr found hair then we had spiders crawling on the ceiling.
