“Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout.”

“Seems as though it were advertised as a Hotel. In reality it’s more of a motel. I’d say it was a clean place to sleep. We didn’t use amenities, if there were any. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come out to the front desk to check us in. They gave us 2 towels for a room with two queen beds. We had to request extra towels for the kids. Don’t expect a continental breakfast or anything like that, but there is a convenient store right across the street and a bar next door. Overall,...

“Nicely decorated, quiet, and very clean. Good location for us to ride bike trail. But breakfast was a C+, very carb heavy though hard boiled eggs were available. But VERY pricey for the overall. Not many other choices in the area...”

“The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were broken, split and exposed insides. Dead moths in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't even breakfast. Cereal that was old and very stale. Potato's that weren't even cooked. Waffle was good. Hot tub was broken. Pool needed a huge cleaning. It was very murky!”

“We were not impressed.. Small room. A/C on the rear wall is 90⁰ to the king bed, that cool air blows on you in the bed! Only one kleenex box to bathroom. You can't blow your nose when in use. There 3 days, waste baskets were full in one day! No one came unrill we left. Fan in bath did not work! Had to hold down toilet flush handle to flush it all. They required $150 deposit in addition to a fully paid room. Staff was great. But no one showed up to empty waste baskets after I called, they said...

“The only thing I did not like was not enough towel racks, no luggage racks and you must walk from the second floor to the third floor, elevator only goes to the second floor.”

“We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it.”
