Vista incantevole sul porto. Idilliaco ha l'aria condizionata in tutta la casa. Tre camere da letto 3 bagni di casa con piscina privata e piscina cabana con doccia e bagno di servizio situato sulla cresta che domina la baia di Great Cruz, a pochi minuti dalla città e dal molo dei traghetti.

Idilliaco è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale con accesso a piedi a due spiagge, il complesso Westin Resort e un breve tragitto in auto per le spettacolari spiagge North Shore e il Parco Nazionale.

La zona giorno al coperto è arredato in luogo fresco, colori dell'isola, con avvolto mobili alghe e opere d'arte complimentarmi con la bellezza naturale di San John..the cursore 4 pannello si apre completamente sul ponte superiore ed è anche proiettato.

Idilliaco è stato progettato per sfruttare le brezze dei Caraibi e una vista incredibile di Gran Cruz Bay. Il ponte coperto tutta la parte anteriore della casa protetta fornisce spazio di vita all'aperto con salotto e zona pranzo.

Il bel tavolo da pranzo in teak trova posti a sedere 6 in tutta comodità. Dopo il relax in piscina, si sta seduti sulla terrazza guardando la vista ... un porto pieno con le barche, Pillsbury suono, le colline di San Thomas in lontananza. Ci sono tramonti tutto l'anno e di notte le luci e le stelle.

La cucina, completamente ristrutturato è una delizia con tutte le ultime elettrodomestici, pentole gourmet
e gadget di cucina, enorme in granito e un bar per la colazione. Le tre camere sono spaziose, ognuna con un bagno completo di accompagnamento, biancheria scintillanti, mobili in vimini e
grandi porte finestre luminose. Le camere da letto sono spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata e un letto king o 2 scelte a due letti.

La camera da letto principale dispone di aria condizionata, letto king-size e di un proprio bagno padronale. Vi è una sala e terrazza privata seduta. Il salotto dispone di TV via cavo e videoregistratore, mini frigo e forno a microonde.

E, poi c'è la grande piscina (30x11x4) e il ponte, circondato da arbusti in fiore con una vista affascinante. Il comodo mobili ponte, e cabana, doccia esterna, bagno di servizio e grill a gas prevede per la vita facile a bordo piscina.

Idilliaco è il terreno con piante tropicali come fiammeggiante, bouganville, oleandri, ibiscus e palme e si può aiutare se stessi a frutta di stagione - banane, tamarindi, tigli, frutto della passione, e altro ancora.

La casa è completamente attrezzata con attrezzi per la spiaggia - refrigeratori, asciugamani e sedie a sdraio. C'è una completa unità di intrattenimento con TV a colori, cavo, DVD e radio combinata, sistema musicale a nastro / Cd.

La casa offre privacy e lo spazio per una coppia, come pure facile condivisione per due o tre coppie, ed è ideale per le famiglie. Idilliaco è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi la Gran Cruz Bay o spiagge Chocolate Hole.

Paradise Found…

Idyllic is truly as advertised! Jackie and team met us as we arrived on island, and provided a great intro to St John, the house, and recommendations for all of our interests! The house is wonderful- A/C throughout, great harbor views, and the pool was surprisingly great to come back to each evening! I could not recommend them any higher!

Great stay, great for kids.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent, conveniently right outside of Cruz Bay. The pool was a hit with the kids. House was clean and cool and the snacks/drinks left for us was a nice touch. The house is nestled off the road, surrounded by vegetation, giving you plenty of privacy. You can barely see any neighbors and outside of a few trucks passing by it was as quiet as could be. Michele met us at our car rental and showed us the home. She was very kind and answered all of our questions. The AC worked well and kept us cool, although the bedroom units were a bit loud. We were warned of possible rolling power outages but luckily it didn't happen during our stay.Would definitely recommend, and we would stay again.

Just sit on the porch

This property grows on you as the week progresses. So comfortable, a few glitches but the property managers jumped right in to fix things. The porch is just an awesome place to be from sun up to dusk. Keep up with any maintenance and this will be a star place for years to come.

Beautiful home, excellent hosts

Cannot rave more about the home and our vacation. Beautiful house and pool with extras like snorkels, floats and towels. Jackie was a gracious host and was so thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived after traveling. Very convenient location to Cruz Bay shops and groceries. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Idyllic was great!

We (family of 4, 2 of which are teenagers) spent 8 nights at Idyllic in late July. The Villa included everything we needed for a very pleasant stay, including A/C, beach towels and beach accessories, coolers, and a private pool. Location is great - just outside of Cruz Bay, very close to Dolphin Market and other shops. Property manager Jackie was very communicative - she emailed and texted every step of the way through our various flight delays/changes. She met us at the villa upon our arrival, which was great. The layout of the villa was ideal for us - there are two air conditioned bedrooms on the upper level, and an air conditioned "suite" on the lower level (that also contains the washer/dryer). This worked well for us as it afforded our 18 year old their own space on the lower level. We did not have any occurrences of power outages during our stay, though WAPA did notify that they were going to implement one on our last night on island. Jackie texted us right away when she received the notification, which was much appreciated! Thankful that we did not have any power outages, but please note this site does not have backup generator (as many on island do not). Hopefully WAPA can get their act together, as their mismanagement of the power generating system is going to be very impactful upon the tourism industry in USVI (especially going into the busy season), and consequently upon the great people who live on the islands and depend upon tourism for their livelihoods.

Great Location

Property has a very open and tropical feel that blends into the environment around it. Built into a hillside with panoramic views of the harbor it was a perfect distance from town, shops, restaurants and markets. Far enough away to be quiet and secluded but close enough to run into town in just a few minutes. I think the best way to describe the property would be cozy - not big or overly luxurious (not that we were looking for or expected that) it had everything we needed from the pool which was larger and deeper than many we had perused online, to an extremely well stocked kitchen, lots of outdoor seating, towels snd snorkeling/pool/beach gear. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house - but island power outages were an issue with no backup power/generator.

The house was beautiful, clean, had gorgeous views and a great location close to all the nightlife in Cruz Bay. Unfortunately island power outages were an issue and we had to leave this house early (as did the renters the week before). We arrived June 2 and left on June 6. Fortunately the Westin had room for us so we moved there. The house manager Jackie was FANTASTIC - the owners are lucky to have her!! She continuously checked in and gave us what updates she could on outages. She stopped by to bring us extra flashlights when we lost power on day 2 around 5p which was key because it was out until early the next day. Each day thereafter was just constant worry if you would / would not have power so we moved to salvage our family vacation. If the house got a generator, would consider renting it again. But would either need island issues to be fixed or house to have a generator - otherwise we would do the Westin again.

Just perfect

This house was perfect for three childhood friends to revel in a lifetime of experiences. It was big enough to have our spaces and small enough to be cozy. I have rented many VRBO houses over the years. It was easily the best appointed. If you needed it, it was there. Plenty of towels, paper products and spices and things like sunscreen and bug spray. It even had an outdoor cat to dote on. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and Jackie, the house manager was helpful and attentive. It is also in a very nice and quiet location.

Perfect house for 3 couples -- parents and grown kids

We rented this house for ourselves and our two grown children and their spouses. The reviews of this property were absolutely accurate. A fantastic space for a family gathering! Beautiful furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous porch with a view, great pool (we used it every day), and close to town and anything you'd want. The owner and management team were very helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable, climate control was great (and needed in the late PM on return from the beach). There were beach chairs, beach towels, all linens -- well equipped. Nice floats for the pool too. Our one small negative was the lack of shade. The porch does not provide shade from the late pm sun -- and the pool umbrella could not cover the deck adequately. We understand a cabana that we in place before Maria will be reinstalled soon. Short of that, this place was perfection! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us

Lovely Family Holiday

We stayed at Idyllic for almost 2 weeks with our grown children and their spouses. It was perfect! The view and the location were exceptional! My husband woke early every day just to sit outside and overlook Chocolate Hole. My kids loved the separate apartment on the lower level. The pool was lovely too. We had a wonderful time!

Incredible property

Husband and wife stayed with newly married daughter and husband. PLENTY of room for a third couple. Jackie was amazing. Arranged all logistics. We have been to St john 4 times. This was the cleanest property we stayed at. Will be back. Everything was EXACTLY as stated and in the pictures. Pool was great plus. Again...VERY Clean!!!!!

Best deal on the island

You won’t find a house of this size with a beautiful view and a private pool for less than less on St. John. The manager is excellent and extremely thorough and professional. The view is phenomenal. The view could be maximized with some plant trimming but I understand that the owner intends to do that soon, some minor repairs needed in the house, but as I said this place is a steal in my opinion so we didn’t mind at all, manager did point things out and I’ve every confidence if we needed something addressed she would have been right on it. We were way too relaxed to be bothered with normal wear and tear. Pool isn’t heated but was remarkably warm, very comfortable temp. Manager left a welcome basket which was super thoughtful. House is very well stocked with all the things you need, even plenty of alcohol left by precious guests. Excellent, highly recommend and we hope to be back soon! 5 stars

The Idyllic Villa Is Certainly Idyllic

Our experience at the Idyllic Villa was fantastic! Jackie, the property manager, communicated with us throughout the reservation process. She provided valuable information about the property, the island, and various car rental options. She even arranged a private taxi service to meet us at the airport to take us to the Red Hook ferry for an additional fee. The private taxi was worth it! It was a much more comfortable and pleasant ride than the regular taxis that pack their vans full of random travelers. Jackie met us at the St. John ferry dock when we arrived on the island. She took our bags into her car while we retrieved our rental car. Our car rental was delayed because we arrived after their regular closing hours, but Jackie stayed with us while we waited. After we were all set with our rental car, we followed her to the villa, where she gave us a complete property tour. Jackie and the property owners even had a welcome gift of some supplies for us in the refrigerator! The villa is beautiful! The view of Great Cruz Bay is simply stunning. Our family enjoyed sitting in the living room, on the deck, and swimming in the pool while soaking up that view! The villa has everything you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable; there were plenty of bath and beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas for use at the beaches. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, plates, utensils, cooking implements, and herbs and spices. We used the gas grill on the deck to cook a few meals, and it worked wonderfully. The clothes washer and dryer were stocked with detergent and fabric softener. The bathrooms had plenty of bar soap, toilet paper, and other items. Little things like those can often complicate a rental experience, but Jackie and the owners thought of everything! During our stay, we had a minor maintenance issue that was our fault, but Jackie had a maintenance person at the property within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. Fantastic service! I couldn’t have been happier with our stay and with Jackie. My family is already planning a return trip, and we want to reserve the same villa for next year.

New memories in a familiar place

Idyllic was my families property in the late 80’s early 90’s. I was the last to leave back then and I step foot back on it 31 yrs later. I brought 4 friends who had never experienced St John. The house /location was truly ideal and perfect! They fell in love just as I did all those years ago. The house is a perfect size for 6. The outside to me is the best part. An expansive deck with breathtaking views and pool deck to stretch out after a day on the beach. It was all I had hoped and more. Communications were excellent with vacation villa I hope to return again soon with my kids
