I made a mistake on my end when making the reservation and they truly went above and beyond taking the time to understand and were able to help correct the honest mistake. “They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”
