Hotel a St. Marys

“Greeted by a friendly desk person. Knew how to complete the check-in process without hiccups/being slow or feeling rushed. Was able to answer questions about the immediate area. Everything worked well in the room. (We had spent previous days with bath fan that sounded like a jet engine!) Happy not to have that again... Breakfast was good with longer hours than most locations. Impressed us we could have coffee at any time too.”

“Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

“Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!”

“Unable to get in after 9p door code sent didn’t work husband called the number door code they were giving didn’t work fortunately people with us had a different code which did work we tried getting in for 30minutes and no front desk staff or staff in the building at all after 9p!! Freaking crazy!!! So only virtual help available and they were worthless”
