“Chech-in at the bar was simple and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location was very good as it is a short distance to the city centre, hence quick to get around on foot. The on-site food and drink menu were fairly good and well worth a try. I can highly recommend the accommodation.”

“Un albergo che,anche se distante dal centro di York,offre il meglio dell'albergatoria inglese:confort,silenzio,eleganza,calore.Il fatto di essere fuori città non crea disagio perchè un delizioso sentiero lungo il fiume porta in città a piedi in 40 minuti,oppure l'autobus n.11 ferma proprio davanti all'hotel,ed ovviamente i taxi che portano a destinazione in 10 minuti con una spesa più che onesta.E' un paradiso in mezzo ai prati che solo in inghilterra sono così verdi!”

“The room was lovely, and our stay massively exceeded our expectations including an evening dip in the hot tub and then using the hotel bar for games. The staff made everything that much more special for my girlfriend (now fiancé) birthday and for our engagement during our stay too to put the extra special touches in. L'aspetto più problematico erano i numerosi spifferi che entravano dalla finestra. Ottima la possibilità di avere una colazione senza glutine.”
