“We came on a Sunday afternoon. There were no cars in the parking lot. We were given room on the highway side, the first room beside the ice maker and the elevator. After requesting to be relocated,It took 15 minutes for them to give us another room. We do not understand why, on a slow night, we were given the least desirable of available rooms.”
