“easy check in pleasant staff”

“The room was spacious, and clean and quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable. There were amenities we didn't use such as a pool and exercise equipment. We hoped for a better breakfast. Maybe fresh fruit and more meat and egg choices. The bakery items were not appetizing. The breakfast was my reason for fewer 'stars'.”

“The exterior of the hotel makes it obvious this is an older hotel, but they have done a good job of renovating the inside. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Our issue was the hotel was full and the common areas and hallways didn't have the same clean feeling as the room. Coupled with the pot smell in the elevator and hallway, and the sound of doors being opened and shut through the night led us to cut our stay short and move to the Fairfield Inn at Union Hill. “Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered...

“Breakfast was great plus the evening food was amazing too. Pool and hot tub very nice. Great location near lots of great things to do.”

“Pretty hotel and rooms. For how pricey the stay is, we expected a bit more. Apparently they can’t have mini fridges in the room due to their health permit. Room had trash in the ice box left. Cleaning staff tried to clean before our checkout time. They knocked once, gave it no time for us to come to the door, staff proceeded to unlock and open the door. This woke my partner up. There isn’t a peephole/no windows to look out, nor any other locks/door stopper besides the deadbolt, so...

“I would highly recommend this property. The front desk staff were very kind and insistent. The room was exceptionally clean, the property as well taken care of, and the parking is right outside the door. It is at a corner where there’s a gas station and several food places, including the always available McDonald’s right across from the hotel. I did not breakfast as I was in a hurry. On my way out, but don’t hesitate to stop here if you’re looking for an affordable, easy overnight day.”

“The AC was broken. It wouldnt go below 75 even set to 50. It was hot! We were sweating. I called the front desk several times but the phone was broken. I could hear her but she couldnt hear me. So I trudged at midnight to at least get a fan. She had one! The FAN was BROKEN! So I trudged back and tell her and she says she will bring me something to my room number. She never did. Slept with wet towel around my neck and feet or wherever I could cool. Wouldnt recommend this place. ”
