“It was a nice place for our visit to London. It's new I believe as it didn't have any reviews on VRBO, so hopefully it'll improve with time. We had 8 guests with 4 towels, no hand towels or rags, had to buy more toilet paper for our 4 night stay, filtered water would be a small amenity to add that would make it better. Very very basic house, no frills, no extra amenities, Bare bones. Thanks for letting us stay. ”

“Despite multiple attempts over several days to reach the host through messaging them on the Vrbo app, messaging their number, and calling their number, the host did not respond at all despite our booking being confirmed by Vrbo.
