“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in La Spezia. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht einfach grandios. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Ne pas oublier: taxes de séjour à payer.Situation incroyable, au coeur des rues piétonnes, et à l'abri des agitations! Grand logement propre, avec un balcon, très calme car situé derrière les immeubles-magasins. C'est beaucoup plus grand et beau que les photos. Les 2 lits sont très confortables et il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine. Adriana nous a communiqué toutes les instructions détaillées pour l'arrivée d'avance. Nous avons pu faire l'enregistrement plus tôt que prévu, ce fut grandement...

“Great location. Close to train station. Walkable neighborhood. One of the reasons we chose this place was it noted in the listing 11am check out. If it still says that, it’s not 11am, it’s 10am. It made for a very rushed departure. Otherwise it was a cute place. ”
