This isn’t for you if you want to be able to walk out the door and right onto broadway but if you want somewhere more chill and quiet but still minutes away from everything this is for you! “The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway but nothing was super close by. The property felt safe and secure and in a good area. The apartment was nice, but somethings were kinda falling apart. The secondary bedrooms bathroom door was loose at the hinges and the door was somewhat difficult to operate. The balcony has turf on the floor it was ripped up in spots and the cushions on the chairs were falling apart. One of the chairs in the living room also had a large stain on the cushion...
