“The host was amazing, easy communication.Its a small house, very "Quaint" & clean. Was perfect for myself & husband & doggie. Had all the emenities needed.Fenced in yard was a big plus for our dog.About 2 minutes to Germaintown & 12 minutes to Broadway or Gulch. We just Lyfted everywhere due to the parking expense in Nashville.We drove in from Chicago for the Christmas holiday.You can park in the back yard from the back alley, but we just parked on the street, right in front of the house....

“We loved this place so much! The riverside balcony was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Cute little groundhogs scurried around on the ground, and I even saw a few raccoons. They were fun to watch and did not cause any harm. The condo was spotless! I simply cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back! I do have 2 wishes: 1) There were 2 coffee makers but both took pods. I wish one had been a traditional coffee maker because my husband drinks LOTS of coffee each...

“All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.”
