“Perfect location”

“When I booked I was told parking was free. They are now charging $35/car daily. Hotel is outdated. No air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Condo is very small. We were put in a room for disabled which we didn’t request. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the shower was small and kept flooding the bathroom no matter what we did to avoid it. Not the most pleasant stay for me.”

“I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. And the front desk is only staffed for a few hours a day, which was not convenient. I arrived late in the evening with no idea about where I could get something to eat, and the...
