“We stay here whenever we go to Mohegan Sun. The front desk is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is terrific. I was pleasantly surprised.”

“If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....

“Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. ”

“The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“Room stuff I took pictures and showed them my blanket was bad was scuffed and full of lints balls the shower was horrible when you turned the water on and put it to shower the water was coming out on the top and bottom instead of just the top, the fitted sheet was ripped and didn’t fit on the bed never again I don’t want to go back there”
