“The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs.”

“This was our first time staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the breakfast provided a good variety of food. Our only issue was that the key cards to get into our room kept not working, but the staff was very helpful in getting us new cards. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I enjoyed my stay. I liked the flooring, made me feel like the room was cleaner. The only downside was you could hear the people up above you more. The staff was very amazing friendly and 1 even complemented me on my dress. That was very nice. Most staff wouldn't have noticed. Thank you very having a wonderful staff. Even the house keeping staff would speak to you 1st.”

“I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25.”

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them.
