“Lady in front desk was so nice at night when we got there like 10pm very accommodating and pleasant”

“Clean and well maintained. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but I'm sure it would have been great.”

“This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!”

“We cancelled that stay, 10 minutes after the reservation was made. Had car trouble & could not get there! We reported it to Expedia. And was told to contact the property! I spoke to someone at the hotel & cancelled! . I hope to not be charged!”

“The beds were comfortable and the water hot. The room was clean and I was there in 100 F and 100% humidity and the air conditioning was great.”

“The property is a typical 1950's style hotel that has been remodeled. The beds were clean and comfortable. It comes with a fridge/freezer and microwave. The only amenities are very cheap bar soap and shampoo. No hair dryer, conditioner or body wash. Breakfast is not included. I felt it was very expensive for what you got”

“Clean, however the nonsmoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The pillows were very flat and after our first might there was no soap or shampoo in the tub/shower. It was a quiet room and the desk clerk was very nice. Plentiful parking was available. No coffee maker in the room”

“Sink was clogged Tv didn't work. I had to set up the DTV system to watch it. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was broke Entry door into the motel was almost impossible to open Breakfast was next to nothing Location was good though. Thats about it.”

“I really like this hotel, and will likely stay again. As others' have stated--it is VERY basic. The surroundings are rough...rubble from tearing down other buildings. Hopefully that will get straightened out in time. ”
