“We were happy with the service received. The hotel was easy to find and slightly away from the hustle and bustle that you find closer to Bicester village shopping which was nice. The building is modern and clean, the carpark accommodates comfortably. The staff at the reception desk were smiley and pleasant to speak to, they also gave us a discount code for parking so it was £7 for 24 hours. “Fantastic Hotel ”

“Lovely stay, our second visit. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and well maintained. Separate female and male saunas which were clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely bar area and pretty garden to sit in. ”

“Still a few things under construction but otherwise can not fault this hotel. Beautiful rooms helpful staff. Didn’t have time to use pool or gym but they did look great ”

“Breakfast was great. Hot, served fast and flexible. The staff in the restaurant were great. Compliments to the chef. The only thing we found was a difficulty with the television. You had to stand right in front of it and hold the 'on button for about 30 seconds before it would come on. Also, it was difficult to change channels, especially getting to number 1. It wiould have been nice to have instructions if that is normal and a list of channels available. ”

Arredamento scadente, pulizia anche. Lo sconsiglio! Non ci tornerei neanche per una notte. Qualità prezzo: COSTOSO!”
