“The hot tub was broken and colder than the pool. The pool area provided towels but there were hardly any available. There was a pile of vomit on the side of the pool as well. And a mess of people’s trash and used towels everywhere. Elevator to second floor was broken. Rooms were clean but bed was very uncomfortable. ”
