“None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. “I like how the room was bigger than most rooms. I didn’t like the bathroom door. It was double doors. There were no safe in the closet like most hotels. The breakfast was the same every day. After the 3rd day I was done. I stayed there for 6 days. I appreciate the free food but it wasn’t enough. The staff were nice. But what really upset me was the roaches!!!! “Nice place, rooms were clean and taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.”

“Room was clean, staff was helpful and kind. Not that it weighed heavily on the trip we had hoped to had breakfast but felt it was overpriced. We inquired at check in did they offer breakfast, they said yes. Assumed it was free, it was not. Crackle Barrel and Starbucks was just 1/2 mile away. Overall it may not have saved much going to the other establishments but felt the familiarity gave them some weight. It was not a deal breaker we will stay at the Hilton Garden again.”

“Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.”
