“This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). “I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.”
