“It was a horrible horrible experience. At first there was nothing really bad or good, it was smooth. We checked in the next night we decided to stay another night so we paid for that night. The next day which would be the third day I woke up sick and hurting really bad from an injury I'd had in a car accident so we was trying to make our mind up if we was going to stay or not. I contacted the front desk and asked for late checkout They told me that they did until 12:00. We stayed until 12:00 and...
