“This property did not meet basic expectations. The condo was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom towels appeared to have been previously used and hung back up rather than washed, and the bed linens did not seem freshly cleaned. After walking barefoot around the condo, our feet were visibly black from the dirty floors. The shower doors did not close properly. “Great location and a proactive host. The few issues that arose were dealt with promptly to the best of the hosts ability. Slight ingoing issues with the Wifi which impacted the tv reception, however did not impact the overall stay.”

Large, light-filled and spacious, close to restaurants and museums, with a great coffee shop and breakfast burrito place right there. “The unit itself was excellent and comfortable. And the location is excellent for access to downtown Santa Monica, the Pier & SM Beach. No complaints at all about that. Beware, however, that the photos of the rooftop pool and fire pit social area are not of this property. There IS a nice little pool on the second floor deck, but it has no view.
