“Arrived at late night check in. Took a while there was multiple issues with other guests the attendant had to deal with. i don't agree with the deposit policy. If you pay for the room in its entirety and they have a card on file, I don't get why you have to place a deposit as well. the deposit still has not cleared off of the card, and it's been over six days.
