“Rooms are spacious, very well equipped and very clean. Many services in the hotel. A bit more availability of tables for breakfast could improve further.”

“No restaurant for breakfast until 11 a.m. Room was clean. Shower had no place to put soap except the shower floor. Only 1 hanger for coats or clothing. Price was very reasonable and the staff we interacted with were professional.”

“Had to not use fridge as it gave a high pitched squeal. First hostess that checked us in was brief, hard to understand, and a little rude. Check out lady was pleasant. Otherwise it wasn’t bad. Could use better pillows. ”

“The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the...

“Love the big out door pool that’s open year round and the view of the lake. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathtub is great. This is our go to place every time we are in Osoyoos. ”
