“Love this place and will definitely be back, BUT: Several times now, the housekeeper knocked and/or came into the room while the do not disturb sign was displayed. They mean well and always apologize profusely, but it still gets annoying - especially after the second time.”

“Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said...

“Entrance has some strange odor. Smell was horrible near water fountain next to gym. Rooms are ok but we had issues with bathroom sliding door and one of the shower heads. Area is good. Breakfast is adequate but not very good. Things were not refilled quickly”

“The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store.
