“Room appeared to be clean as first glance. After I turned on the lights and opened the shade I noticed the carpet lacked vacuuming, bathroom floor was dusty. I noticed a chocolate chip and something else under the coffee table. There were French fries between the bed and night stand. The desk and tv area had a layer of dust. Overall the room needed a good cleaning. The trays that held the coffee packs was dirty with crumbs and dust. Either the room wasn’t used for quite a while or the people...

“Room was not stocked with towels, had to go get our own. Pool had no towels and dirty ones all over, light bulbs out all over the room and tub was disgustingly filthy! Avoid this!”

“Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude”

“Room was musty and smelled damp. Towels and other bath line were inconsistent. One towel was thread bare and the bath mat had spots wore thru. Breakfast was not edible. I was the first one in at 6am. Eggs were way overcooked and very chewey. Coffee was luke warm and tasted like it was watered down”

“The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked”

“Service and food at the restaurant/bar were excellent. Room was very nice. Check in was not welcoming. Housecleaning did not clean our room. A loud train came by twice very early in the morning. More coffee should be made and ready in the morning.”

“There were a lot of knats/fruit flies in my room. I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered. “Clean hotel for a nice price. Room was clean, bathroom was better than expected, and the jacuzzi made it even sweeter. Within a 5-7min drive to the data center project.”
