“The kitchen was equipped with the basics & the view was beautiful. We watched dolphins playing from the comfort of the living room. Check in was simple, unit was as described and the host responded promptly.”

“Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc....

“The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. “Check in was very easy. Unit was nicely decorated and spacious and comfortable. Multiple pools on site helped as it can get busy at times but was not too busy. Beach proximity perfect. Enjoyed restaurant on site. Plenty of just offsite parking across street if needed. Really a non issue but good to know if you get there and don’t see a spot immediately adjacent. Will def stay at this location again when we come to Topsail as we have stayed at a few other locations nearby and this one was best...
