“Absolutely spotless. Cleanliness 10/10. Things I liked: 1) The Quiet. No noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. 2) The comfort of the bed. Very soft and warm after a long days travel. 3) The warm temperature. I stayed during the big snowstorm of 01/31/26 and the room was preset to a warm 76 degrees when I walked in. This hotel impressed me beyond others I’ve stated at, so in the future BW gets my money.”

“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. I needed to iron a shirt but the ironing board cover was torn up and held on to the board by a small strip of duct tape. There was mold in...

“Nothing particularly stood out, but after staying at Motel 6 this place is like the Ritz. Reserved online and called to confirm, but wasn’t able to check in until 6 PM. Waited a bit but otherwise seamless stay. ”
