“This is a fantastic property to stay for a visit to DC. The location is on a beautiful residential street and is very walkable to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe in the area, and transportation to the tourist spots was easy from here. The home is very comfortable and stylish, great beds and bathrooms. We appreciated the extra touches such as Nespresso and cupcakes from the owners’ bakery. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Thanks again for a great stay!”

“Comms with host prior to arrival (indeed right from booking the previous year) were excellent, so helpful. House exactly as described and met our needs fully. Location couldn't be better, one minute walk to local bus, only 5 minutes walk to Union Station. Food markets, restaurants, bars, hair salons etc all very close by. Our favourite was The Boiling Crab! We'd definitely recommend this property and host, and would happily stay again! Thank you, Rosevelt!”

“Parking was the only issue. The property owner helped with us getting a parking permit. However, the parking was first come first served. One night I had to park two blocks away and walk to the apartment. Everything else about the stay was great. Good communication with owner about anything we needed!”
