“Clean, nice kitchen, bed. Living room could have more comfortable seating. Nice walkin shower. ”

“The place was a dump. Room smelled like a cigarette butt, stuff hanging off the walls, mold in the bathroom. Wish i could post the pictures. No breakfast in the mornings there was a McDonald's next door. No other hotels the area. ”

“Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4.”

“Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. ”

“Everything was perfect great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, perfect location ”

“They say that check-out can be done at noon, but that’s a lie; check-out actually has to be done at 11:00 AM, and if you ask at the front desk, they will treat you very, very poorly. The bedside tables had marks from liquor bottles, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was also very dirty.”

“The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. ”
