“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

“Had a lovely experience at this hotel with my partner. We planned a long anniversary weekend to London and we found this affordable, clean, family-run business just 20 minutes away from the city center by the new Elizabeth line and 10 minutes away from the actual tube station. There are many small grocery shops, halal butchers and discounts in the area surrounding the tube station, so it was easy to grab the bare necessities whenever we came back from the city.
