“Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. ”

“The rooms are a touch outdated but clean. Beds and pillows need updating. The lobby area was clean - staff was super nice and very accommodating!! Always a smile, welcome when we came in and always looking to serve at the bar for a drink or food. ”

“We were unhappy with the condition of the bathroom, tub, sink, and counter, all in desperate need of replacing. Also, no closets or clothing racks to hang our clothes. Beds were comfortable, staff, very friendly and helpful... also apological for the condition of our room.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The amenities and room itself were perfect. There were only two reasons that the hotel experience wasn’t perfect; there was no free breakfast and the staff could have been friendlier.”

“The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed! ”
