Case vacanze a Upper Matecumbe Key

“Had Ocean View room reservation but got no Ocean View. We will not be staying here ever again.”

“Had a very enjoyable stay at Hemingway House. The place was spotless! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“Property felt comfortable and homey. Pool area was fantastic.”

“We had a great 3-night stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the pool, it was clean, well maintained, and made for the perfect spot to relax with drinks and snacks served poolside.Communication with the host was easy, and check-in/check-out was smooth. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Great location (condo property) and location for out fishing charter. Great pool to cool off after fishing all day.”

“Cameras are located throughout the property, which added an extra sense of security. The apartment is well-equipped with the essentials you’d expect in a home, including a plunger, private laundry room conveniently located next to the unit, a decent-sized refrigerator with a separate mini fridge, long lasting HOT water, and FREEZING cold A/C.The area outside is fairly public, so we tended to keep the shades closed for privacy. There was plenty of closet storage for two people. The glass entry...

“This is my second booking in this condo. It is fabulous”

“Great location and host is great with communication!”

“Our first time in Florida! It was a great location and private beach access was perfect, complete with pier and wildlife sightings (lizards and hermit crabs) Clean room with all the amenities. Had a hiccup with the door code but our room contact was prompt to help and make sure everything went ok. Balcony view was awesome! Private community was quiet and safe to walk around. We loved it!”

“The property was super overall! Very nice pool. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was fabulously comfortable! The twin beds in the second bedroom were a tad small. My 16 year old teenage son said the bed was too short (he’s 5 ft 10 in). I appreciated the washer, dryer and laundry detergent that was provided. The Shout stain remover was a thoughtful touch! My only complaint, that has nothing to do with the unit, is we visited at the end...

“My host is amazing and the property was incredible. Highly recommended.”

“We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but...

“We had a perfect vacation. The unit and property were exactly as described but the photos and description don’t do it justice. The view is amazing, the condo is perfectly decorated, so comfortable and well stocked. We loved playing pickle ball and relaxing at the pool. Five stars!!”

“Lovely room with great view! Hosts were very communication so no issues evolved. Facility was nice with a pool. Also gated for safey. Will be returning when able! ”

“Lots of thought was put into this rental. Well stocked & Very clean. My only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the bedroom without one. Great location. Would definitely stay here again if we came back. Thanks!”

“So thankful I found this VRBO!!! So clean, amazing communication, excellent location to everything we did. We had beach chairs, cooler, towels, umbrella and beach access provided to us through the condo. The place was clean and quiet!”

“The property was listed exactly how it was presented, very clean and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and very easy to maneuver, the kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all the cookware and utensils to make it very homey, compared to what you would pay for a hotel, this is hands down the best way to stay in the keys. The pool was fantastic , very clean and relaxing, the property was very well maintained and secured, with a quiet tranquil atmosphere, the view of the water was...
