Hotel a Upper Nyack

“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1. Non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, la metro non è raggiungibile a piedi, dovrete avere...

“Nice hotel, comfortable and clean ”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!”

“This place was horrible. I don’t recommend anybody stay there. Everything was very dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms and stained sheets. All of the countertops were stained and it just smelled horrible. I booked a room here because the photos looked OK but the minute I got there I had to check out. Really are just a horrible place. They should close down.”

“Vergognosi hanno preso un deposito di 400 dollari all arrivo e alla partenza non hanno rimesso il credito mi sono ritrovato in aeroporto senza soldi nella carta e dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che il credito sottratto lo rimetteranno non prima di tre giorni ho spiegato che quei soldi mi servivano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia l hotel lo sconsiglio non è affatto comodo per visitare new York ”

“Nous avons aimé sa localisation et le fait qu’il soit neuf. Chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. Cependant, les tapis, la douche, les couloirs et les airs communes n’étaient pas propres. La piscine était fermée. Le jus d’orange du matin avait un goût de fermenté. Par chance, la dame a l’accueil était gentille.”

“Hotel was convenient to the airport (5 min drive) - daytime staff were very helpful, nighttime staff less so, but this hotel fit the bill. Only problem was a maintenance issue with the toilet in the room, ran all night - and there was no alternative provided -- but I'm sure that was a one-off.”

Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo...
