“El hotel está muy bonito, nos encantó contar con el sky valet y el lift en la propiedad, así como el ambiente familiar en el lobby, pero nunca nos informaron que hay habitaciones que son privadas y no tienen servicio de limpieza en el cuarto, ni atención a problemas en la habitación como cualquier hotel. ”

“The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. It was conveniently right next to a bus stop which made getting to the mountain easy.”

“The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick.”

“The condo was in a bad state. Smelled so bad. We had booked for 2 nights but couldn’t wait for the first morning to check out. The communication with the property management was poor. The Carpets were torn n spots all over, the linen smelled bad. Found socks from probably the previous visitor, sofa was like 20 years old ,we had to check out the very next morning as I was concerned about the health n safety of my family. They haven’t refunded us the money yet. Poor management.”

“This was a nice day at a good condo, which is very close to Beaver Creek resort parking. There are a couple maintenance issues that could be taken care of to achieve five stars. The trundle on the bunkbed was in need of repair and some of the lightbulbs did not work. However, the rest of the property is nice and the private sauna is a great feature. There needs to be some deep cleaning done in the master shower - some mildew was coming out of the plastic trim on the shower door and running down...
