Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. “The grounds were so overrun, that at first, we thought that we had the address of an abandoned place. The manager warned us that there was little WiFi in the general area, so we asked her to send us the door code of the cabin a few hours before we were to arrive. She did not do so, so we had to stop in a town, get WiFi and remind her, with less than one hour to go, that she hadn’t yet sent the code. This was nerve racking. “This was hands-down the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. The hose was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. The house was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets provided! They also left a bottle of wine and smores ingredients for us to enjoy! 10/10 could not recommend this house enough for a cute, cuddly, comfortable winter cabin retreat. ”

“The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. ”
