“The Tiny Tipsy Turtle was absolutely lovely, completely secluded in it's own little bubble, close to a nearby beach and a great base camp for trips exploring the Russian River. The only detraction was that the street was a bit on the noisy side. ”

“The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful and well stocked. We were surprised to have the hot tub maintenance person show up one day around 8am, but otherwise it was an extremely peaceful and private spot. Would stay there again! ”

“Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old.”

“Everything was wonderful during my 2nd stay at De’s cottage. Great location. Wonderful private beach. Quiet escape from the hubbub in Guerneville. Comfortable house with everything you may need. Good strong shower. Definitely hope to return.”

“Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Guerneville. Nice upgrades and lovely decor. Wonderful and private rear outdoor area with hot tub, ping pong, firepit and a great dining area. Also a nice deck with seating around the front ..great for sipping a glass of wine.Beds were super comfy, Bathrooms were very nice. There were special touches and extras throughout the house.Everything was very clean and it was super comfy!I would highly recommend booking Katy's place - you will love it!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Old Timer. What a cozy and relaxing treasure of a house. The deck looking over the river was so relaxing and peaceful. The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. ”

“This was our second time staying here, and it is AMAZING! Beautiful location in a vineyard and close proximity to numerous great wineries. So many thoughtful touches and incredible hospitality by hosts, Wayne and Pauline. Lovely airy deck for sipping wine and relaxing. We enjoyed a couple free concerts in local town squares and some great cuisine in Healdsburg restaurants. Well-stocked with many amenities. We loved it!”

“Clean, updated house nestled in a green forestry setting. We enjoyed the hot tub while relaxing outside. The property is down the street from the river.(chairs and tubes provided) Two min drive to Safeway. Bodega Bay is close by in one direction, and wineries such as Korbel are close in the other. We had a good time. Thanks!”

“We had an amazing time gazing at the trees, listening to the nearby creek, and relaxing in the hot tub. We needed a relaxing getaway and couldn’t have picked a better property for that purpose. Check out and in were straight-forward and easy. Cute, cozy interior with a great wood-burning stove. We had a lovely time and will be happy to come back when we can.”

“Wonderful little place! The entire family was impressed and they live in county. The saltwater pool was fantastic and right next to the cabins. The big plus....its gated!! Pro tip though bring your camping chairs, or cushions for the chairs. ”
