“We have such a wonderful time at Ross Ranch! Our kids swam in the pool all day, visited the animals, ran around the property, and played pickleball until the sun went down! There were so many thoughtful touches all over the house and pool area that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back! ”

“This home is wonderful! So comfortable and clean, the grounds and landscape are serene and stunning, the town is charming and welcoming. And the complimentary tasting at Croix was fabulous; we loved everything about it! ”

“There is no restaurant, bar, room service, concierge service. There was no gift shop. This would have been fine, had it not been advertised as open as of Oct. 2025. There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout.”
