“Stayed for 4 nights without providing enough toiletries like tissue paper. They refused to provide. No cleaning despite of the request.”

“The floors in the room was filthy with dirt. It showed free breakfast with the picture of it just to be told no more breakfast anymore and asked if I got the email about it. I said I did not get that email. The pool was filthy and could not swim in it. We asked for a refund for the second night. We did receive the refund after calling Expedia.”
