“The foam mattress in our room sags in the middle and the mattress is very warm. Wish we had a traditional mattress. Also pillows also very warm because they are foam too. We stay here very often and I appreciate that our request for a room on the second floor away from the noisy housekeeping room/closet was granted.”

“What a wonderful weekend!! This place reminded me of desert hot springs in the 70s. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools clean and so relaxing. They served a special Calistoga coffee blend in The mornings and we did do the mudbath which was an amazing experience. Although it is located a little off the main road, back in a neighborhood it was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants.”

The only thing I'd have liked is more curation to the breakfast basket: the options were quite limited (nothing warm, hard-boiled eggs with no bread to go with them), the quality was a bit underwhelming, and the presentation felt cheap, served in plastic containers — especially considering the positioning of the property and the quality of the rest of the service.”
