“I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.”

“The water in the shower did not get hot.”

“Very clean place with character. Lots of games/activities. A practical downside -- the rooms have no closets. No room safe, if that's important to you. No irons. We were in town for a wedding, so it was a little inconvenient not to have a closet. There were pegs on the wall where you could hang a few items (no hangers though). Also, during our stay, there was no running water for several hours due to a plumbing issue. I had to go to the lobby (the only working bathroom on the premises) to finish...
