“The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. “The staff that cleaned my room were very efficient and they were very curious. The grounds outside could use a bit more cleaning from cigarette butts. But over all it is a good hotel and desk staff very friendly.”

“I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.”

“Hotel is right off of the Interstate near Baylor University. If you are attending an event at Baylor this should be your go to hotel. Breakfast was really good and the room was perfect. No noise from the interstate so you don't have to worry about that. Staff was very freindly.”
