“Did not like this property ..A/C didn't work...had change room at midnight ..was 84 degrees in hotel”

“Delicious breakfast everyday, good variety and supply. Area kept very clean.”

“The room smelled bad! The space was microscopic. We had to work when we were there and the table wasn’t a table more like a 4 inch ledge. Altogether, we won’t be going back to Tru hotels…ever. Staff wasn’t mean or anything just very un-helpful. And uninterested in helping. We had to ask all the questions: What is our room number? Where are the elevators? When is breakfast? When is checkout?”

“Only issue was that the room we had booked with 2 Queen beds were sold out so we had to take another room- and this occurred during the summer when school was not in session. Be careful when booking through 3rd parties - confirm the room type directly with the hotel beforehand.”
