“We stayed for two nights with a baby and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. On the first night, the heating system was not functioning, the blinds were broken (limiting the view), and the windows were noticeably dirty. Maintenance attended twice in the evening but was unable to resolve the heating issue. Although we were provided with a portable heater, the room remained uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep. We also requested a room change, but none was available at...
