“What makes this hotel so special is the view from the balcony! Finding the parking arcade was a problem and we ended up having to phone the reception for step by step instructions! How easy would it be to send the guests a little map, because their instructions were not clear at all. Apartment itself is a bit tired looking, especially the kitchen (didn’t use) but the balcony makes up for it. Comfortable beds and furniture! Located in a great neighborhood, all very walkable! ”

“Brentwood Bay Resort is a diamond in the rough! It was a perfect stopover for the four of us traveling together and plans to go to Butchart Gardens. The accommodations of our two bedroom villa was off the charts! I had already told the rest of my party that they were not going to want to leave once we got there! Boy was I right! The property, the staff and the views were outstanding! I highly recommend this resort!”
