Mark and the staff worked with Expedia to resolve the issue and allow my friend and I to atay at the hotel as intended within our budget for our West Coast bucket list trip. “Had a lovely two night stay. Central to all that is going on, very walkable, hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great too. ”

“The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Construction on road made access to front entrance difficult. Exit through underground parking wasn’t easy to find and had us going up a smelly elevator to an unsafe area. Loved the room and the Housekeeper was very helpful and kind. ”
