“We experienced a few disappointment's. The water pressure was great except it would not come out of the showerhead. The drain was clogged and let water out slowley.The refrigerator did not get cold, just a little cool. You need to climb stairs even when you take the elevator. Only three stairs but a challenge for my spouse. The breakfast was great. We have stayed there before and this was a little different. Must have been the room selection (241) We were told there were no rooms avaiable...

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“My reservation was canceled due to an error in credit card even though I was supposed to pay at the property. Thankfully they had another room available. Once there our stay was wonderful. However, in the morning of departure I got a text saying there was a charge to my card that was my original payment so I had to cancel that card and now I have to wait for a new bank card to be mailed so all in all this was a very frustrating experience.”
